The Solar System is comprised of the Sun and the objects that orbit it. The most massive objects that orbit the sun are 6 planets. From closest to the sun to the furthest, they are:

  1. Helteinen
  2. Kuuma
  3. Tylsa
  4. Vesisaari
  5. Punainen
  6. Kaasu
  7. Jattilainen

Only Vesisaari and Punainen orbit within the sun’s habitable zone, where liquid water can exist on the surface. Kaasu and Jattilainen are gas giants.

There are a vast number of other less massive objects including dwarf planets, naturally occurring satellites (called moons), meteoroids, asteroid belts, and interplanetary dust clouds.
