Pekoni was historically a large city in the middle of the east side of Kotiin. It was the capital of the Easterners during the East West War, and later a large technological hub.
During the Great Dragon War, the city started out as a military station and stronghold, but was lost to the dragons. With the help of newly invented Lazers, humanoids were able to retake Pekoni.
However, the conflict returned to the city during the The Final Battle, the nuclear explosion completely wiped out the city and the surrounding area.
To this day, people avoid the area where Pekoni once stood because of the lingering nuclear fallout.
